1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and inserts included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Fabno Books will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that meet return eligibility will be approved for refund.
  • If items are found to be used, missing components, or not in original condition, we may deny the refund or apply a partial refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges, applicable import duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
