  • Fabno Books is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. Bulk Order Return Policy

  • Returns for bulk or wholesale orders totaling over $1000 are generally not accepted due to the nature and volume of such purchases.
  • If any items in a bulk order arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly assist with an exchange or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
