- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation and dispatch.
- If there are delays due to stock availability, you will be notified promptly.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

- Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (worldwide)
- Expedited Shipping: 3–14 business days (select countries)
- Express Shipping: 1–7 business days (limited regions)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, and remote locations.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected method.
- Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered. Eligibility is indicated on the Site.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
- Tracking may not be available for all countries.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, assessed by your local government.
- Fabno Books is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
- If the carrier cannot deliver due to inadequate address or failure to receive, the package may be returned to our facility.
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund (minus shipping costs).
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost & Damaged Items
- If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, email support@fabnobooks.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Include order number and a photo (for damaged items). We will coordinate with carriers and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Restrictions
- Certain books or items may not ship to some countries due to local restrictions or publisher limitations. This will be indicated during checkout.
9. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- Fabno Books is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
