At Fabno Books, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Below are our detailed return and refund procedures:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and inserts included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Return Procedure
- Before returning, email our team at support@fabnobooks.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Fabno Books will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
4. Inspection & Approval
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that meet return eligibility will be approved for refund.
- If items are found to be used, missing components, or not in original condition, we may deny the refund or apply a partial refund.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges, applicable import duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
- You will receive an email notification about your refund status.
6. Exchanges
- For defective or wrong items received, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
- Contact our team with photo evidence as soon as possible to initiate an exchange.
7. Items Lost in Transit
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
